Health issue: Gluten intolerance

Symptoms: For years, I suffered from abdomen pain that got worse whenever I ate something containing gluten. When I had gluten, my stomach would start to tighten, and then I would feel growing stabbing pains that could take up to two days to fully die down. They could get so bad that I wouldn’t be able to stand up, and would have difficulty breathing. Health recommendations: If you feel the above when you eat something containing wheat, my suggestion is to try having one meal a day that is gluten free, like a salad with no croutons, or a rice with veggies and a protein. If you find this helps, there are so many simple substitutions you can make that can ease the pain and leave you happy and healthy!

The results: After one year of going completely gluten free, which is much easier than it sounds, I am happy, healthy and have no more pain. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, and have become much more creative in the kitchen. I am so happy I have a solution to my problem that fits my lifestyle so effortlessly.
