2 cups. water
½-inch piece ginger, peeled
1 1/8-inch slice of your favourite citrus fruit
1 handful crushed blueberries
1 slice of licorice root
1 tbsp honey, or to taste
Bring all ingredients, except honey, to boil, then cover and simmer for five minutes. Let cool, then strain and enjoy!
