Dinner Salad

(Eat around 6:30 p.m.)


SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup shredded kale (massage it to release the enzymes)
  • 1/22cup of red peppers cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup of green apple cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • juice of 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of flax seed.

DIRECTIONS:

Toss salad ingredients in a bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients on high speed in the blender and pour over salad.
