HEALTH ISSUE: Poor Digestion, Constipation and Bloating
SYMPTOMS: Unfortunately, digestive issues run in my family. Certain food choices can irritate these symptoms even more – fried, greasy, refined and high-carbohydrate foods are usually the triggers. I also suffer from acne breakouts.
HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS: Before I began studying and putting into practice a more holistic approach to healthcare I didn’t realize the importance of fruits and vegetables for digestive disorders. Also, probiotics are a natural way to increase the fibre and healthy gut flora in our digestive tract. I personally experienced the benefit of consuming water soaked chia seeds daily for constipation. The gel substance when you soak the seeds works as a perfect binding agent in the intestinal tract for regular bowel movements.
RESULTS: After implementing a routine of healthy eating along with additional digestive support, I noticed that my symptoms have drastically improved. I no longer suffer from severe abdominal pain, bloating or constipation. I notice that I do no feel heavy or weighed down after meals and my energy levels have greatly increased. I have bright, breakout-free skin!
