HEALTH ISSUE: Adrenal fatigue
SYMPTOMS: Frequent feelings of malaise, mild depression, exhaustion, difficulty sleeping
HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS: In order to kick my adrenal fatigue to the curb, I had to revamp my lifestyle. This meant getting proper amounts of sleep (goodbye, late nights out), and overhauling my coffee- and fast food-fuelled diet. I also started taking an ashwagandha supplement to help reboot my adrenal system.
THE RESULTS: I feel better than ever. Avoiding stimulants like caffrine, eating a balanced diet, and drinking tons of water are musts in my daily life now. Additionally, getting the proper amount of sleep is key; I can’t afford to feel as sluggish and drained as I used to.
