HEALTH ISSUE: Osteoporosis
SYMPTOMS: Shoulder and back pain
HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS: After researching my condition and consulting my naturopath, I was recommended calcium and vitamin D supplements to help improve my general bone health. Additionally, I purchased a weighted vest to wear on my daily walks, which is meant to improve my bone density. Proper nutrition is also a must for me.
THE RESULTS: Along with taking my medication, settling into this routine has helped me to feel stronger. I have not had any fractures recently, and am hoping to keep that up!
