Health issue: Anxiety, headaches, depression and neck pain
Symptoms: Some days were so bad that I didn’t want to get out of bed. My doctor prescribed me anti-depressants and they made my depression and anxiety even worse.
Health recommendations: I began practicing mindful meditation and started getting massages and acupuncture. I also changed my diet and cut out all unnecessary sugars.
The results: I’m feeling better than ever and no longer take any medication for anxiety or depression. It feels so good to have a hold on everything. I maintain my healthy lifestyle and meditation practices because they not only help with my anxiety and depression, but they also help me to deal with day-to-day issues.
