Manage your emails right to minimize stress

 

According to the study carried out by Dr Richard MacKinnon from the Future Work Centre, the U.K., people who check their emails first thing in the morning are suffering from higher levels of stress and pressure than those who don’t. The results also showed that 62 per cent of the participants have bad habits when it comes to managing their inbox, such as having their emails on all day with notifications coming to their cell phones on a continuous basis.
