Feeling the beginnings of a migraine? Before it has the chance to fully develop, try making a salty drink – we can’t promise it will taste good but it sure works!
Mix the juice of one lemon with a teaspoon or two of good quality pink Himalayan sea salt and drink up. You don’t need to drink a lot to feel the benefits, about an ounce or two of the mixture is enough.
This supposedly works best for migraines caused by dehydration or exhaustion and before the migraine has a chance to fully form. It has a similar effect to drinking a bottle of Gatorade to cure a headache.
