HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS: A glass of water with one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and before big meals.
THE RESULTS: Awesome. Apple cider vinegar helps alleviate my tummy troubles when I have them. I keep in mind that it is important to eliminate any foods causing chronic bloating; however, for the odd times I experience bloating, apple cider vinegar helps reduce it. Taking a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water throughout the day helps give my system a boost and eliminate bloating.
