Check Less to Knock out Stress
Even though email can save us time, it’s easy to let your inbox get out of control and send your stress levels through the roof. A new study by the University of British Columbia found that easing up on email can help reduce psychological stress.

The study looked at a variety of students and professionals and instructed some to check their email throughout the day and others to limit checking to three times daily. Those who checked their email only a few times daily had lower stress levels –and probably got a lot more accomplished too.
