Natural Solution: As soon as I wake up, I journal whatever I’m feeling. I write about everything that is no longer serving me — worries, to do lists, etc. — then I end with what I am grateful for in my life. Instilling this simple daily regimen has changed my life tremendously. All my stress, stomach pains and anxiety have all gone away.
