AGE: 38
OCCUPATION: DENTIST
Health issue: back strain
Symptoms: When I work, I am in the same few positions for several hours a day. After being in practice for 10 years, the strain on my back, neck and shoulders kept getting worse. As I got busier at work, I knew I had to figure out how to solve the problem, and soon.
Health recommendations: Consulting with my chiropractor, we identified the problem positions and explored specific movement modifications. I learned techniques that would improve my posture at work, and had some serious relief from the treatments.
The results: I gained more than I imagined I would after being assessed and treated by the chiropractor. The adjustments keep me moving well as I continue to work on my new and improved work habits, and I’ve never felt better.
