Balanced living means balancing the rigors of my work schedule with exercise, meditation, good nutrition, and as much downtime as possible. The stress of the film industry can be overwhelming. Carving out afternoons to go the cinema with my son or a romantic dinner with my husband is essential. One of my favorite things to do is go to get mani-pedis with my daughter. I’m still working on making enough time for a proper vacation, but that’s okay. I’m thankful for all of the work and want to embrace it while it’s here! I credit my passionate personality to being a Sagittarian. I think this helps keep me balance—living life to its fullest. I don’t dwell in the negative, what didn’t happen, or what’s not happening. I’m very optimistic, so I am just enjoying what I do have and always looking to the future. My glass is half-full all the time.
