How to use

Shake gently and take with food, a few hours apart from other medications or health products. Adults (including breastfeeding women) and adolescents 14 to 18: 10 ml twice daily. Pregnant women: 10 ml three times daily. Children 4 to 13: 5 ml twice daily. A measuring cup is included.
