How to use

1 serving = 5 ml (1 teaspoon). Take with food, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Children 1 to 3 years: 1 serving once daily. Children 4 to 9 years: 1 serving 2 to 3 times daily. Adolescents 10 to 13 years: 1 serving 2 to 3 times daily.
