How to use

Adults: take one ampoule in the morning in half a glass (125 ml) of lukewarm water, ideally at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Continue for 10 to 20 days. For a seasonal program, take one ampoule daily for at least 20 days, at each change of season. It can also be taken in warm water after a heavy meal.
