How to use

Biliherb: 2 tablets twice daily. Clearaherb: 2 tablets twice daily. Gentle Laxaherb: 4 tablets at bedtime two to three times per week; may increase to once daily if needed. CL Liquid: 2 ml twice daily. Take all formulas a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products, and not with highly acidic foods such as citrus. Allow 6 to 12 hours for the laxative effect.
