INGREDIENTS:
• Barceló Organic Rum – 1½ oz
• Orange juice – 1/4 oz
• Lime juice – 1/4 oz
• A dash of Angostura® bitters (optional)
• Ginger beer – 3 oz
PREPARATION:
Build Barceló Organic, orange juice, lime juice and Angostura® bitters in a highball glass with ice. Add ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of lime or orange and fresh lavender.
