Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Make this detoxifying and tasty smoothie to give yourself a little health boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Begin blending on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds.
  3. Serve with fresh blueberries.
