Ingredients
• 1/2 c. of Thirsty Buddha natural coconut water
• 1 Pure wheel (8 cubes)
• 1/2 c. of raw buckwheat
Instructions
1. Soak the buckwheat 10 minutes in boiling water.
2. Filter the buckwheat. Mix in a blender with the rest of the ingredients until you obtain a creamy & smooth texture.
3. Serve in a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings.
Suggestion
For a delicious blend of textures, add some puffed quinoa and goji berries.
