Health issue: Menstrual cramps and stomach aches
Symptoms: Painful cramps and bloating. Also, stomach aches and indigestion after a heavy meal.
Health recommendations: Chamomile tea acts as an anti-inflammatory to help with period cramps or indigestion. The chamomile I use is from Menorca, Spain and it’s just the flowers. For each cup I use five or six flowers. I drink one or two cups after a meal or before bed.
The results: I’m pain and bloating free. I’ve even gotten my family hooked on chamomile tea.
