Mixologists Marc-André Fillion and Lawrence Picard pair this classic lime-rum blend with Four O’Clock® Strawberry Daiquiri Herbal tea for the most delicious drink in town.
INGREDIENTS
30 ml (1 oz.) of dark rum
30 ml (1 oz.) of Cointreau
15 ml (1⁄2 oz.) of green lemon juice
120 ml (4 oz.) of Four O’Clock® Strawberry Daiquiri Herbal Tea
60 ml (4 tbsp.) of sugar
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour a cup (250 mL) of boiling water over two Four O’Clock® Strawberry Daiquiri Herbal Tea bags, and let steep for five minutes. Put aside 120 ml (4 oz.) of Four O’Clock® Strawberry Daiquiri Herbal Tea.
PREPARATION
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients in shaker and close tightly. Shake vigorously. Using a cocktail sieve, filter the shaker’s contents into a martini glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
