SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup shredded kale (massage it to release the enzymes)
- 1/22cup of red peppers cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of shredded zucchini
- 1 cup of green apple cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
- juice of 1/2 grapefruit
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of flax seed.
DIRECTIONS:
Toss salad ingredients in a bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients on high speed in the blender and pour over salad.
