After a certain age, it is common for your breasts to look less perky than they did previously. Fear not! While breast sagging is a part of life, there are ways to keep it at bay.

By working out your chest muscles, you can help to reduce sagging—and make your girls look perkier. Give these exercises a try to activate nature’s very own push-up bra!

  1. Bench press

Grab two dumbbells of any weight. Lie on your back on a step, bench, or exercise ball with your knees bent. With your knuckles facing upward, push the dumbbells away from you. Then, bend your elbows and lower your arms, letting your elbows dip slightly below whatever object you are lying on.

  1. Chest fly

Just like with the bench press, grab two dumbbells of any weight. Lie on your back on a step, bench, or exercise ball with your knees bent. Bring your arms out to the side, palms facing up. Then, bring your arms toward each other, tapping the dumbbells together at the top.

  1. Push-ups

This classic exercise is great for your chest. Place your hands a shoulder’s width apart—this will keep the focus on your pecs, rather than your triceps. Ensure that you keep your legs straight and your core tight for perfect form.

For best results, try to do three sets of 8–12 reps for each exercise. Do this routine three times per week, with one rest day in between.
