In this season of sugary, holiday-themed drinks, satisfy your sweet tooth the healthy way with this delicious low-calorie recipe. With its classic Horchata taste and delicious cinnamon flavour, its sure to perk up your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 shots of espresso
  • 1 cup of Natur-a Vanilla Rice Milk

Directions:

  1. Brew 1-2 shots of espresso.
  2. While the coffee is brewing, heat up 1 cup of rice milk in a saucepan.
  3. Use a whisk to froth up the rice milk slightly.
  4. Pour the coffee and rice milk into your favourite mug and top with a healthy dose of cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
