HOW DO YOU DEFINE BALANCED LIVING: Angie Harmon

There is a really great saying: what if you only had today what you thanked God for yesterday. As I’ve gotten older, I have learned to make more of an effort to appreciate the beautiful things in my life. I’d say I find the most balance during my favourite time of day—dusk. The light of day is beautiful, but I feel like I come to life when the sun begins to set. I feel all is well with the world then.

Even when I was younger, I loved to see all the families out at dusk together while I walked my dog. Sunset just seems to be the time when everything and everyone comes together. If I knew and had a definitive answer to balancing out the emotional, physical and spiritual sides of life, I’d be the luckiest person in the world.
