There are a number of triggers which can cause migraines—and did you know it could be your diet?

A recent scholarly review found that caffeine can be a very prominent trigger for migraine sufferers. MSG, which is increasingly found in many processed foods and seasonings, have also been clearly linked. It has also been concluded that nitrates found in processed meats are likely to bring on migraine attacks.

Including more fruit and vegetables and omega-3s is strongly recommended, as well as minimizing eating omega-6s.
