While sleep apps might come off appealing for being inexpensive and somewhat science-based (REM cycles, brain waves, etc.), they come at the cost of increased blue-light exposure that reduces melatonin and adds the risk of doom-scrolling by having your phone at reach.
It’s time to switch to a non-connected alternative – one without blue light or waves that can interrupt your sleep pattern. Introducing Morphee, a non-digital, stunningly designed sleep aid that combines meditation and sophrology techniques to help you drift off more naturally.
Designed for relaxation, stress relief and sleep, Morphee features a light birch wood base and three metal keys reminiscent of a retro music box. With the first key, users choose from one of the seven sleep themes: breathing, cardiac coherence, nature sounds, and relaxing music exercises. With the second key, people can select one of eight training sessions per the theme. The third key then determines the length of each session – either 8 or 20 mins.
With three keys combined, users can choose from more than 200 audio sessions that are co-designed with sophrologists to guarantee a good night’s sleep or a moment of pure relaxation. Already used by over 250,000 customers in Europe, Morphee launched in the USA in mid-October. With no screens or waves, Morphee delivers natural sleep-inducing programs while keeping the bedroom tech-free.
