- BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of organic blueberries
- 1⁄2 tbsp of moringa
- 1⁄2 green apple
- 1 cup of organic kale
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients in a high-speed blender until blended.
- DETOX TEA
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- Spring water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 5 mint leaves
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Boil spring water and pour over other ingredients. Brew for about five minutes.
- MID-AFTERNOON DRINK
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 celery stalks
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
- Juice from 1⁄2 lime
- 1⁄2 green apple
DIRECTIONS:
Mix in high-speed blender and enjoy.
- PICK-ME-UP SMOOTHIE
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 11⁄2 cups coconut water
- 1⁄2 cup of kale
- 1⁄2 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup pineapple
DIRECTIONS:
Mix in high-speed blender and enjoy.
- TURMERIC SUNRISE JUICE with Lemon, Pear and Apple
SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp fresh turmeric
- 2 apples, peeled and cored
- 2 pears, peeled and cored
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 Litre of water
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for juice in a blender and blend well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- BLUEBERRY GINGER SMOOTHIE
SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 1⁄2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Begin blending on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds. Serve with fresh blueberries.
- CARROT PEAR JUICE
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 carrot
- 2 pears, very ripe
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS:
Finely chop the carrot. Peel and core the pears. Chop into small pieces. Place carrots and pears into a blender. Blend for five seconds. Peel the ginger and grate into the blender. Blend for another 10 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
