500ml Cold Water

100ml Tomato Juice
50ml Vodka (optional for a spirited version; omit for alcohol-free)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2g Soy Lecithin

Method:

Olive Oil Pearls:

Start by fully dissolving the calcium chloride in the olive oil. Set this aside for now.
