
Triple Kale Crunch Salad
FOR THE SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch red kale
- 1 bunch green kale
- 1 bunch black kale
- 1 cup (240 ml) pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) hemp seeds
FOR THE DRESSING
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) hemp oil
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) agave syrup
Preparation:
- Remove stems from kale, and wash and dry, then cut or tear into bite-size pieces.
- Combine dressing ingredients and add enoughto kale to moisten.
- Massage dressing into kale to break down.
- Top with hemp seeds and pomegranate seeds.
