Cinnamon-Spiced Pecan Milk

– 1 cup raw organic pecan halves, soaked in room temperature water for 10 to 12 hours, rinsed and drained
– 10 to 20 drops English toffee, vanilla or cinnamon-flavoured Stevia liquid, or to taste
– Pinch fine sea salt
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp ginger, optional
– 4 cups filtered water

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend for about a minute. Strain, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
