Bresaola With Arugula

 

FOR 2 PEOPLE

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of bresaola
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of balsamic vinegar
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Spread the slices of bresaola in a flower motif on a plate so that the slices cover the whole plate.
  2. Gently place the arugula on the bresaola.
  3. Combine the oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper for a light vinaigrette.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette on the arugula.
  5. Grate a bit of parmesan over the arugula for the finishing touch.
