
Bresaola With Arugula
FOR 2 PEOPLE
Ingredients
- 10 slices of bresaola
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Spread the slices of bresaola in a flower motif on a plate so that the slices cover the whole plate.
- Gently place the arugula on the bresaola.
- Combine the oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper for a light vinaigrette.
- Pour the vinaigrette on the arugula.
- Grate a bit of parmesan over the arugula for the finishing touch.
