Mango, Strawberry and Chia JuiceMakes 12 to 16 ounces (355 to 475 ml)This is a thick and filling juice, wonderful as a meal replacement. You can use plain water instead of coconut water, if you like.

2 mangoes
20 strawberries
1 cup (235 ml) coconut water
1 tablespoon (13 g) chia seeds

1. Cut the peels off of the mangoes and discard the pits. Cut the flesh into spears or chunks.
2. Juice the mangoes and strawberries together, alternating the two kinds of produce as you juice.
3. Add the coconut water to the juice and stir.
4. Stir in the chia seeds and allow them to soften for 5 minutes. Stir again and serve immediately.
