✔4 pints grape tomatoes
✔1/2 cups small diced red onion
✔1/4 cup high quality vinegar
✔6 tablespoons high quality olive oil
✔1 tablespoon kosher salt
✔1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
✔1/4 cup fresh chopped basil leaves
✔1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
✔1 1/2 pounds feta cheese
Combine and add on top of a bed of arugula and green mix.
