Pandora makes a giant leap for the entire jewellery industry and our planet

As of 2024, Pandora has proudly achieved its goal of sourcing 100% recycled silver and gold for our jewellery, surpassing our target a full year ahead of schedule. This isn’t just about beautiful jewellery; it’s about making a significant environmental impact by saving 58,000 tons of CO2 annually. That’s equivalent to the energy usage of 11,000 Canadian homes or taking 6,000 cars off the road worldwide!

“Why does this matter? Because precious metals can be recycled indefinitely without losing quality. By choosing recycled over mined metals, we’re not only reducing greenhouse gas emissions but also challenging the industry to rethink how jewellery is made.

We couldn’t have done this without the dedication of our suppliers, the innovation of over 100 Pandora team members, and, most importantly, the support of conscious consumers like you. This is a step towards a future where luxury and sustainability are intertwined.
We’re excited to lead by example and inspire change within the jewellery industry. Let’s discuss how we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.” said CEO Alexander Lacik
