Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Barceló Gran Añejo or Dark Series (either or both are delicious in this recipe)
• 1 oz. Sour Mix
• 1 oz. Passionfruit Puree mix
• 2 dashes of Bitters
• Ginger beer to top
• Citrus for garnish

Instructions:
In a shaker, add ice, passionfruit mix, sour mix, bitters, and Barceló Dark Series or Añejo.
Shake well and strain into glass.
Top with ginger beer and garnish your favourite citrus.
