1 Pear (sliced in half, cored)

1/16 tsp Cinnamon

1 1/3 tbsps Walnuts (chopped)

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

2 tsps Pomegranate seeds

1 tsp Organic dark chocolate

1/8 Coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut a small piece off of the bottom of each pear half so that it can lay flat on the baking sheet. Sprinkle each pear half with cinnamon and add the walnuts to each cored pear. Drizzle with maple syrup and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and place in the oven until melted. Stir with a spoon until the coconut oil and melted chocolate chips are well combined and you get a chocolate sauce.
Remove the pears from the oven and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Plate and enjoy!
