Who needs a $7.00 fancy drink from the coffee shop when you can make your own healthy version in the comfort of your kitchen? nobody I know.

1 cup (237 mL) strong brewed chai tea

2 cups (473 mL) basic mylk (here)

1 tbsp (21 g) coconut nectar

1 cup (5 g) ice cubes

Let the tea cool down, then blend the tea, mylk and coconut nectar together and serve over ice. You could alternatively blend the ice into the drink, too.”
